Levamisole availability

Levamisole is a medicine which is not commercially available in the UK and therefore has to be imported from Europe.

One of the European manufacturers discontinued their product and since then the supply of medicine in to the UK has been difficult.

We have been able to access levamisole through the licensed importing company Mawdsleys. This route for supply should be available to most hospitals within our network.
