Young people who need to transfer to adult services for on-going kidney care, transfer to the Renal Unit at Nottingham University Hospitals, City Campus.

Transition clinics with Dr Catherine Byrne (Consultant Adult Nephrologist), Dr Farida Hussain and Dr Simon Rhodes take place twice a year.
