Shared care clinics with Dr Faezeh Sakhinia (Consultant Paediatric Nephrologist from Nottingham) occur at Bassetlaw Hospital approximately every 3 months.

Young people who need to transfer to adult services for on-going kidney care, transfer to the Satellite Renal Unit at Bassetlaw or the Renal Unit at Doncaster Royal Infirmary.  Informal transition clinics with Dr Ian Stott (Consultant Adult Nephrologist) and Dr Garcia take place as required.
