Children with CKD are cared for by a multi-disciplinary team.

We have two specialist nurse for CKD.

Kate Baker joined the specialist renal nursing team in 2003. She is the lead nurse for children with chronic kidney disease.

Hannah Sneath joined the team in 2026 as specialist nurse for children with chronic kidney disease to work alongside Kate.
