Drugs that lower the blood pressure by making the arteries dilate. Examples include nifedipine, amlodipine and minoxidil.

Abbreviation for the vesico-ureteric junction, the point at which the ureter enters the bladder.  It can occasionally be narrowed causing some hold-up.
